Billy was born March 31, 1939 in Ashboro, NC, a son of Milburne McMasters. Billy served in the US Navy and was a Fishing Guide for 40 years.
Surviving is his wife, Elsie of the home: daughters Teresa (Dave) Holmes of Denver, Colorado and Tina Mitchum of Eutawville, SC: Son, Michael Salmon of Goldborough, NC.
A graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Eutawville Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Avinger Funeral Home, 2274 Eutaw Rd. Holly Hill, SC 29059
