Susan "Susie" Renee Weatherford

EUTAWVILLE- Susan Renee "Susie" Weatherford, 51, wife of Mike W. Weatherford, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 at home surrounded by loved ones. Funeral service will be 1pm Wednesday, December 20 at Pressley Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Jonathan Lampley and Rev. Dale Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5pm until 7pm Tuesday at Avinger Funeral Home. Mrs. Weatherford was born in Summerville, a daughter of the late Bertha Jackson Rudd and John Henry Rudd. She was a member of Pressley Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir, she also enjoyed vacationing to Tennessee, and she loved her grandbabies. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Kim (Jonathan) Martin of Eutawville; a son, Michael W. Weatherford, Jr. of Eutawville; sisters, Debra "Tootie" Irick and Delores "Sugar Pea" Weatherford, both of Eutawville; brothers, John Wayne (Brenda) Rudd, Donnie (Chrystal) Rudd, both of Eutawville and Ronnie (Marie) Rudd of Holly Hill; 11 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
