Stanley A. Crummie

Stanley Adolf Crummie, 61 of Holly Hill, South Carolina passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023 at a Charleston hospital.

Born on March 2, 1961 in Orangeburg he was a Son of the late Edna Platt Crummie and Hudson Crummie. 

Stanley was a member of Santee Indian Organization.  He enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach and Disney World where he loved riding the helicopter ride and the train.  Stanley enjoyed fishing and went weekly. Stanley attended Evening Light Church and Church of God of Prophecy.

Stanley is survived by a sister, Cecelia Ardis of Holly Hill; brother, Monroe Crummie of Santee; a special niece, Vanessa Castillo; and a special great niece and nephew, Selena Torres and Jose Castillo, and numerous nieces, nephews and members of his extended family.

Stanley is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Judie Hughes and Jewell Crummie; brothers, Floyd Crummie, Danny Crummie, Hodge Crummie and Ronnie Crummie.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, from 12PM-1PM at the Evening Light Church on Bayview Street.  Services will follow at 1PM.  Burial will take place in the Scott Family Cemetery.

Those honoring Stanley as Pallbearers will be Bill Muckelvaney, Eric Pratt, Landon Finley, Andy Weatherford, Rocky Pratt, and Void Pratt.
