EUTAWVILLE - Shannon L. Jones, 34, of Eutawville, died Monday, March 17, 2014 in a Charleston hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Avinger Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Wolpert officiating. Burial will follow in the Eutawville Cemetery. A native of Eutawville, SC, Shannon was the son of Dale Etheredge Jones and the late Loyd Jones. He attended Holly Hill Academy and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Shannon was a member of Eutawville UMC. Surviving are his mother of Eutawville; sons, Brayden and Camron Jones of Eutawville; former wife, Mandy Adkins Jones of Eutawville; a sister, Melissa Bennett (Keegan) of Colorado; uncle, Dicky Etheredge (Debbie) of Eutawville; cousins, Casey Birt (Jamie) of Holly Hill, Audrey Gaskins of Eutawville; and Larry Gaskins (Heather) of Jacksonville, Fla.; nieces and nephews, Cole and Keelie Bennett, Chloe Logan, Hayden Birt, Kayla and Andrew Gaskins.
