Samuel Jason Mains

Samuel J. Mains, 60, of Eutawville died at his residence at Blount's Landing on Sunday, January 28, 2018. Sam was born July 18, 1957, the son of William Stanley Mains, Sr. and Virginia Josephine Todd Mains. He grew up in North Charleston and attended Bonds-Wilson High School and Trident Tech. Sam worked all over the country as a skilled ironworker before returning to South Carolina. He was a hard worker, a generous friend and neighbor, and he loved God. He is survived by a daughter, Rachel Jurkas of Peru, IL. No funeral service is planned.
