HOLLY HILL - Walker T. "Rocky" Moore III, 60, of Holly Hill, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016 VA hospital in Charleston. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Avinger Funeral Home in Holly Hill with Rev. Buddy Locke officiating. Burial will be private. Rocky was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Walker T. "Duck" Moore, Jr. and Annie Bell Clark Moore. He was a Navy veteran and a former paramedic. Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Deborah Brown Moore of Holly Hill; daughter, Jessica Jackson (Adam) of Holly Hill; sons, Walker T. Moore IV (Amanda) of Johnston, and Chris Moore (Brittany) of Florence; brother, Mike Moore (Donna) OF Holly Hill; and 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
