Mary Jane Hoch

Mary Jane Hoch ,89,of Orangeburg passed away September 10, 2018. She was born in Wilmington, DE on May 31, 1929 to the late Franke and Florence (Barr) Burke. Mary graduated from PS DuPont High School in 1947 and worked for many years for the DuPont Co. Before moving to Eutawville in 1982, she lived most of her life in Thornton, PA. Mary enjoyed sewing, knitting and helping others. She was a member of The Historic Church of Epiphany.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Henry Hoch who passed away in 2005.

Mary is survived by her step daughters, Carol Montgomery and Barbara Simon and many friends.

A graveside service will be held 3 pm Friday at The Historic Church of Epiphany Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Historic Church of Epiphany.
