Mary Blackman

Mary Ross Blackman of Elloree, entered into eternal rest Thursday, February 26, 2026. 

Born on February 5, 1939 in Williamston, North Carolina, Mary was a daughter of the late Doris Teele Bullock and Billy Bullock.

Mary was a graduate of Tarboro High School and later attended Dells School of Medical Technology, where she pursued her education in medical technology. Following graduation, she worked in several positions within the medical field. In addition to her professional career, she devoted many years to her family as a homemaker. 

Mary was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Mary is survived by her daughter Katherine Blackman (Harry Smoak) and son Lee Bardin Blackman, Jr. (Tamalyn) and grandson, Lee Bardin Blackman, III all of Elloree.

Mary is predeceased in death by her parents and her husband Lee Bardin Blackman, Sr.

A graveside service and burial will be held at Jerusalem Methodist Church Cemetery, 7361 SC Highway 6, Elloree, South Carolina, Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 2:00pm.
