Linda C. Rainey

Linda C. Rainey, 76, of Eutawville, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Born on October 25, 1949, in Bel Air, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Walter Noonkester and Ida Dell Burkett.

Linda was the beloved wife of the late Jack Ramsey, with whom she shared many cherished years. She made her home on the lake in Eutawville, where she enjoyed the beauty and tranquility of the water for many years.

An avid gardener, Linda had a special love for flowers and plants. She found great joy in tending her gardens and was happiest surrounded by nature's beauty. Linda also loved to travel, and St. Maarten was one of her favorite destinations. She looked forward to visiting the island each year, creating many treasured memories.

In addition to her husband, Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael Noonkester.

She is survived by her sisters, Cynthia Reichert and Debbie Benner, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will hold private services to honor Linda's life.
