Johnny A. Reynolds

Johnny A. Reynolds, 78, of Pineville, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Born on January 26, 1948, in Florence, Johnny was the son of the late Leland Reynolds and Nealie McElveen Reynolds.

Johnny dedicated more than 30 years of his life as a truck driver for UPS, where he was known for his hard work and dependability. A faithful Christian, he was an active member of Galilee Pentecostal Holiness Church. In his spare time, Johnny enjoyed fishing, tinkering with and fixing just about anything, and following NASCAR. He was an avid fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Dale Earnhardt Jr., rarely missing an opportunity to cheer on his favorite drivers. Above all, Johnny treasured the time he spent with his family and the simple joys of everyday life.

In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his brothers, Carl, Buddy, and L.E.; and his sister, Lillie Reynolds.

He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Reynolds; daughter, Carolyn Simmons; son, Robert Reynolds (Pamela); granddaughter, Roxie Reynolds; sister, Kathleen Dosch; and his beloved pets, Shorty and Misty.

Services will be held privately by the family.
