John Grady Breland, Jr.

HOLLY HILL- Dr. John Grady Breland, Jr., Major US Air Force(retired), 76, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at Magnolias of Santee. A graveside service will be held 10 am Friday, October 6 at Corinth Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Lillian Galphin and Rev. Dan Johnson officiating. Dr. Breland was born in Charleston a son of the late Mildred Galphin Breland and John Grady Breland. He retired as a Major in the US Air Force after 21 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and watching them in their activities. He is survived by a brother, Thomas (Linda) Breland of Holly Hill; nephews, Tommy (Cindy) Breland and Dr. Jamie (Dr. Deborah) Breland both of Holly Hill; great nieces, Madison and Bess Breland; great nephews, Perrin and Marion Breland.
