Joanna L. Pratt

SUMMERVILLE - Joanna L. Pratt, 63, of Summerville, wife of Carvin Pratt, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 in a Charleston hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Avinger Funeral Home in Holly Hill with Pastor Christopher Myles officiating. Burial will follow in the Scott Cemetery. Jody as she was known to family and friends was the daughter of the late T.O. Medlin and Ruby Stancil Medlin. She was a retired cashier from the Dixie Boy Truck Stop, Harleyville. Surviving are her husband, Carvin, of Summerville; a daughter, Carmon Crownover of Gaffney; grandchildren, Dallas Crownover and Hannah Crownover, both of Gaffney; and her beloved dog, Levi. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
