JoAnn Snyder

VANCE - JoAnn Snyder, 78, of Vance, wife of Bill Snyder, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at her home. The family will receive friends from 12 noon- 7 pm at their home on Friday. Burial will be later in Ohio. Mrs. Snyder was born in Greenup, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Woodrow W. Settles and Opal Fannin. She was a graduate of Greenup High School and a former member of the Eastern Star. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Deborah Ann Uhrig, Terisa J. Dickerson, Kimberly Gaby and Mary Beth Whitt, all of Dayton, Ohio, and Cheryl Lou Davidson of Waynesville, Ohio; a brother, Jack Settles of Miamisburg, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross.
