Joan L. Moss-Fagan

SANTEE - Mrs. Joan L. Moss-Fagan, 82, of Santee, wife of Eugene Fagan, passed away Friday, January 1, 2016 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2016 at Santee Presbyterian Church with The Reverend Doctor Tom Collins officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall of the church. Joan was born in Philadelphia, PA, the only child of William Fryling and Anna Ottinger Fryling. She taught computers at a veterans home before she and her husband retired to Santee. In Santee, Joan was very active in her community as a member of the Home and Garden Club, Red Hat Club, card groups, and playing golf. She was also a very talented artist, particularly in watercolors, and enjoyed painting with the Santee Artists Group. Surviving are her husband, Eugene of Santee; a daughter, Joann Moss of Allentown, PA; sons, John Moss and his wife, Karen and their daughter, Samantha of Sewall, New Jersey, and Stephen Moss of Huntington Valley; PA.
