SANTEE - Funeral services for Charles Allen "Binder" Shuler, 69, of Santee, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7th at Fellowship Baptist Church, Elloree, with Rev. John Salazar officiating. Burial will follow in the Jerusalem UMC Cemetery. Binder died Friday, December 5, 2014 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. Born in Elloree, he was a son of the late Laurie Shuler and Eula Mae Strock Shuler, and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by brothers, Manon Shuler and Leon Shuler. Surviving are his wife, Annette Steen Shuler of Santee; a daughter, Dana (Barry) Andrews of Elloree; sons, Blaine (Shelly) Shuler of Elloree, and Richard (Tammy) Shuler of Santee; sisters, Georgia Mae Hill and Sister Shuler, both of Elloree, and Shelby Pendarvis of Rosinville; brothers, Bobby Rae (Judy) Shuler, and Henry "Bubba" (Joan) Shuler, all of Elloree, and Frank (Sandra) Shuler of Camden; grandchildren, Kimberly (BJ) Smith, Whitney (Chris) Wolfe, Richard Shuler, Jr., Candace Shuler, Lauren Shuler, and Michael Dean Andrews; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Cuttino, Carson Shuler, Layla Coker, Cruz Shuler, and Kylie Cuttino.
