LAKE CITY - Bruce Ray Gunter, 93, former of Eutawville, died Tuesday, May 18, 2016. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Avinger Funeral Home in Holly Hill. The family will receive friends one hour prior the service. Born in Lexington, SC, Bruce was retired from the Navy having served in WWII and Korea. Surviving are a daughter, Brenda (Jim) Votery of Lakeland, FL.; a sister, Oulia Collins of Lexington; 3 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
