Billie LeVerne Watkins

Billie LeVerne Watkins, 96, of Eutawville, passed away on January 9, 2026. He was born on May 25, 1929, in California to the late Gardener and Esther Pierson Watkins.

Bill was the owner of Signs by Bill and will be remembered for the many signs he created over the years, leaving a lasting mark on the communities he served through his craftsmanship and dedication.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Watkins.

He is survived by his sons, Alex Watkins and George Watkins, both of California; his daughters, Carolann Baldwin of California and Dorinda Fugitt of Elloree; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
