Betty B. McEachern

ORANGEBURG - Mrs. Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Bochette McEachern, 72, formerly of Elloree, widow of D. W. McEachern, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the Oaks in Orangeburg. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the graveside in the Bochette Cemetery with Pastor Bryan Fields officiating. Betty was born in Elloree, a daughter of the late Dennis L. Bochette and Martha C. Felkel Bochette. She was a graduate of Elloree High School and a former secretary at Parler Insurance Agency. Betty was a member of First Baptist Church, Elloree, and was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Bochette. Surviving are a sister-in-law, Patricia Bochette of Elloree; and cousins, Sandra Strock of Elloree, Frances Gaillard of James Island, and Lynwood Pritcher of Providence.
