Arnold Hutto

HOLLY HILL - Reginald Arnold Hutto, 70, of the Providence community, Holly Hill, died Thursday, December 12, 2013 in a Summerville hospital. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 15, 2013 in the Providence United Methodist Church with Rev. Terry Martin officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. Arnold was born in Manning, a son of the late Alva D. Hutto and Nancy Spencer Hutto. He was a farmer and a residential contractor. A race car driver, he held several track records in SC, NC, and GA, and was in the Sumter Speedway Hall of Fame. Arnold was a member of Providence UMC where he was a former member of the choir. Surviving are his cherished wife, Patricia Farland Hutto; a daughter, Robin H. (Michael) Romack of Mooresboro, NC; a son, Reggie A. Hutto of Holly Hill; sisters, Jane (John) Sikes of Eutawville, and Rosalyn (Jimmy) Weathers of Bowman; a brother, William (Joyce) Hutto of Pinopolis; and grandsons, Mikey, Robbie, and Patrick Romack.
