Alice Hill Myers

RIDGEVILLE - Alice Hill Myers, 64, wife of Robert H. Myers, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 at their home. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Avinger Funeral Home in Holly Hill with Rev. Owen Hill officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A native of Berkeley County, Alice was a daughter of the late Clarence H. Hill, Sr. and Loretta Singletary Hill. She worked at the Holly Hill Academy Childcare for a number of years before working at Home Telephone Co. until she retired. Alice enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking, and the family vacations to Edisto Beach. Surviving are her husband of Ridgeville; daughters, Kelley and her husband, Dr. Wes Jones of Greenville, Dana Myers of Ridgeville, and Whitney and her husband, Brad Law of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Lana and her husband, Lew Conn of Ridgeville; a brother, C. H. Hill, Jr. and his wife, Gail of Ridgeville; a granddaughter, Abigail Jones of Greenville; a number of nieces and nephews; and 8 granddogs. The family appreciates Southern Care Hospice for their care and concern.
