EUTAWVILLE - Jeffrey Victor Meyer, Sr., 51, of Eutawville, husband of Kimberly Cercopely Meyer, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Avinger Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Wolpert officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Hill Cemetery. A native of Holly Hill, Jeff was a son of Jennie Jeffers Anshus and the late George W. "Buddy" Meyer, Jr. He was a long-time employee of Jamie Murphy Construction Co., and enjoyed working with his hands especially woodworking. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother of Columbia; sons, Jeffrey Victor Meyer, Jr. (Andree') of Summerville, and Matthew Dylan "Bud" Meyer of Eutawville; daughters, Jessica Oransky of Columbia, and Samantha Shelby Crummitt (Ricky) of Elloree; brothers, Wally Meyer (Kathy) of Kingsland, GA, and Tony Meyer of Eutawville; a sister, Lisa West (Rodney) of Summerville; and grandchildren, Emma, Lainee, Jeffrey, III, Bari, Chance, and Mason.
